I have a feeling Ireland's success here may lead to a bigger job. Sean staying after Drew has always been our concern with him. Getting free agents will be tougher if he hasn't committed. I don't think he wants to coach somewhere else. His level of control in our organization might not be there in another one. I know he wants to win and the way we have built the defense tells me we can have success with a QB lesser than Brees. I think that alone can keep him here. If we looked like we would tank I think he would move on.
