I'm not going to get into the Spags angle, but they've been a greatly improved unit this season. They were every bit as atrocious as we were last year. They backed up the Brinks truck for Olivier Vernon, Damon Harrison and Janoris Jenkins, as well as re-signed JPP. With the development of Landon Collins into debatably the best safety in the league, they came into tonight as the 9th ranked defense in points allowed. Is this a viable model to copy? I realize that hitting on three defensive FA's in one off season is tough to do. Is this lightning in a bottle or a legitimate one season turn around?
