He had them in the hunt over his time there and beat the Pats on a regular basis. He's a defensive guy but has experience as a scout and the D played well. They were 10-6 last year and 9-8 this year, not bad for a bad team and better than Allen's time in Oakland. The only question is what happened between him and the front office, not his ability as a coach.Can someone explain why Flores is so desirable? 24-25 record in Miami sounds pretty pedestrian
