I didn't put a stopwatch to the video, but...

it took him "4 secs" to go from the 30 yd line to the other 30 yd line! (Using the timeframe of the video, that is.)

This is really cool and something hope we see more often. I would like to see players from any professional sport enter a 40 yard dash tournament for charity each year.

This is a pulled hammy waiting to happen. Hope it's not one of ours.

These guys speed train multiple times a week.. Which will consist of sprintings 10s, 20s, 40s, 100s, and whatever drill you can think of to fire up the hammy. One of our guys in tip top shape running a 40 should be 0 concern.
