Good luck in Baltimore Latavius Murray (1 Viewer)

That's sad that he took less. What's up with our RBs taking less to play elsewhere? Ingram did the same thing. Do they not like playing in our system or are we making them mad for something else?
They or their agents overestimate their value. Same thing happened with Vonn Bell. They try to play the market and the team wastes no time engaging in a bidding war.

Well, Ingram and Murray both had/has a chance to be the man in Baltimore. That won’t happen if AK41 is in front of you.

We will see if he just put it in granny gear for the off-season cause he was just getting older and didn’t feel like he needed to…I mean we still wanted to keep him. Baltimore will definitely run him. If he’s the same as last year, they will be able to win with him.

He didn’t want to be a #3 RB...behind a guy who was off the streets last year.

Refused to take a pay cut for Saints but took what appears to be a near minimum deal with incentives to reach as high as $2 million.

Does the Saints still need to pay him for his previous contract? Don’t remember what it looked like!

It was likely about pride and timing for Murray. Just the crazy business of the NFL.
