It's probably been over a decade since I've had a Dixie, but I did enjoy the Blackened and Crimson Voodoo. Their regular lager and light? Not so much.

I agree. Now I don't know if I ever had the old recipe but when Benson bought it and changed the recipe I tried some and kinda liked it.
It's definitely better than say... Bud Light, but that is a pretty low bar to jump over though. But I don't mind it.

Plus, the name change really doesn't bother me that much. I mean, is that really something to get your panties in a wad about?? That's just me though.

I like the name and logo, especially that cool looking F. That F would look sweet on a baseball cap.
Plus it goes back to the French roots and tradition of the city.
