I'd love a trade down with the bears...would that be enough to pick up their third? or if we gave our third and first, would it be enough for their 1st and 2nd?

I think it works for both of us...since they wouldn't want to risk Woodson getting tagged by Carolina, and there's a good chance Phillips wouldn't be picked by Buffalo, Carolina or Denver...if he is, there are still good DB's who wouldn't be huge reaches at #14, plus we could trade down again (getting complicated) and pick up more picks...then take someone like Talib, Cason or Reggie Smith...one of whom will still be there

I'm just not sold on Phillips as a straight #10 pick...though I am sold on Sed Ellis
