Great Remote Access tool! (1 Viewer)

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I didn't know about it. I have needed a tool at various times to control another person's computer to give them support. There are tools like TeamViewer out there, but if you're trying to help someone not very tech savvy, it can be difficult. Google Chrome has a great tool! https://remotedesktop.google.com/support There's very little to do. One click to download a small file, click that to install, generate a code, and have them tell you the code. I just tried it and it works great! And it's free.

I went to the office today because our Secretary wasn't able to access our server from home.

I used this tool to give her access to her work pc which allows access to the server.
