I've heard of that. Isn't the container pump action?

I see what you did here.

How exactly do you get milk to stay in a towel? :idunno:

Last week, I picked up some regular key lime yogurt at the grocery store and was able to tolerate it. But then I looked at the ingredients and determined that besides low-calorie/non-fat, it wasn't very healthy.

it also wasn't "regular yogurt" if it sported low calorie or non-fat

that Yoplait key lime non fat, low calorie, chemically laden, hyperprocessed stuff doesn't qualify as yogurt

Oops, that wasn't very clear.

Heat a quart of milk or more in a large pan till milk is hot to the touch, add 3 heaping tablespoons of plain "greek yogurt" and stir. Poor hot milk and yogurt mix into large tupperware container and wrapp with four or five towels. Let sit on counter over night (12 hours). enjoy

make sure the yogurt you add has active cultures or it won't work

Second the Chobani as being good stuff, really thick yogurt. As far as yogurt being healty, read somewhere that the healty part is the way your body processes it. Have a yogurt with my lunch everyday and it is hard to find sugar free yogurt, but the sugars in Greek yogurt are suppose to be mostly from the fruit.

Third, it's my fav. brand. I like the Honey flavor the best.
