Gremlins 1 tops itIt's a fake poster. Theres also a fake trailer making the rounds. There has been talk of doing a Gremlins 3 but nothing is actually in active production.
Also, Gremlins 2 is the greatest film ever made and nothing could ever possibly top it.

i think Teen Wolf Too beats that.To this day Gremlins 2 is one of the most disappointing sequels I’ve ever seen
It had its moments but the original beats it by a mile
There was a Gremlins 2???
While I wouldn't go that far, this was my favorite sceneIt's a fake poster. Theres also a fake trailer making the rounds. There has been talk of doing a Gremlins 3 but nothing is actually in active production.

Gremlins is a fine film.
Gremlins 2 transcends reality.
This is not a worst movie thread. Which sequel were you most disappointed in?
You loved the original, got jazzed when you heard there would be a sequel, it came out and you were massively let down
Growing up in the eighties I have quite a few:
GREMLINS 2 - The original is still one of my favorites. i watch it every december. I remember being so excited about this movie. i anticipated it like the second coming. when it was released i was so mad. completely different in tone than the first film. i will admit that i do like it better today. but at the time i was crushed
No, I understand it.Those who dislike Gremlins 2 didn't understand it.
It wasn't really a sequel at all, it was simply a parody. It was Joe Dante set loose to satirize Hollywood and anything he felt like - and he felt like hitting a lot of things from television to Donald Trump and Ted Turner to Batman to the Muppets to corporate culture to New York in general and nearly everything in between. The film even made fun of the original movie (the Abraham Lincoln's birthday scene). I thought it was brilliant. I loved Tony Randall as the Brainy Gremlin.
