If the kid has some money riding on ROTY I will care about the award.
If he is not in line for a bonus of some type then I don't care.
The award only means something if he gets financially rewarded for his efforts.
He is playing like a first round talent for seventh round money. I would really like to see him get paid.
It's too bad that league rules prohibit restructuring his deal at the moment.
Hopefully, his day will come.
