Have inactives been announced yet? (1 Viewer)

Terron Armstead just declared active. Honestly, they should just shut him down for the season. He keeps getting dinged up whenever he comes back in, he's clearly playing through something bad. Why risk our young, All Pro-calibre LT's future in a year where we're pretty much out of it at this point?

Because of the words "pretty much"?

So for us to bring Allen up someone must have been trying to poach him right?

Haha fair enough. But we've also been getting good play out of Peat there, it's not like the options behind TA have been turnstiles.

Just scares me, seems like he ends up down on the field getting attended to nearly every game he's in this year. Just don't want to see these decisions affect him in future seasons.

Daniel Lasco is active at least.

And I have to figure that Landon Turner gets some run today too. Along with Terron Armstead. If he limps off the field again, we have to IR him now. Especially if we lose.

Michael Thomas being out hurts as much as Unger and Robertson.

Edit: Also, Stephone Anthony is getting the start at MIKE. Well, if you want to regain your position on the team youngblood.

Calling Alan12 and everyone that neg repped me, no hate here(I love and respect everyone here), I'm not mad, I just want a constructive debate. I said they packed it in and everyone got mad, I'm just calling it like I see it.

Well guys I'm here to eat my crow.

7-9 Miss the playoffs?
14th pick in the draft?

Salute to you my friend you are a man of honor, but I still can't find not 1 person who neg rep me or the other that posted that horrible me to have a constructive friendly debate with me. I don't care about being the popular poster or being someone people like, I tell it like it is and if I speaking the truth respect it and come at me with some substance.

You were right? Sure, we lost the game, but lets look at a step-by-step breakdown of your original assumption...

I guarantee everybody that was questionable for the game is not playing.

Armstead and Ingram were both on the injury report the entire week and both played a full game of snaps.

They just called up Jack Ryan from PS, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Jack Allen, but absolutely tells me everything I needed to know... like another team was likely interested in poaching him to their active roster and we were more interested in keeping him in-house. Not to mention the fact he didn't even make the active list...

The Saints have packed it in for this game,

Packed it in you say? Last time I saw, the final score was 11-16 and the defense held the Buccaneers to one TD (in the 2nd quarter) all game and made solid defensive adjustments after half. Is losing by 5 points considered "packing it in"? Or did just the offense pack it in? Oh wait, can't forget those two dropped TD's...

they will beat the Cardinals next week

To be determined...

and then the Bucs the following week bringing the win total to 7,

To be determined...

have a lackluster final game for PRIDE and 7-9 you go.

To be determined...

MARK IT DOWN.

For future reference, I'd refrain from posting phrases like this as it goes a long way in establishing a conversation. It comes across as pretentious and annoying.

So refresh me, what were you right about again as it stands on 12/11/2016 at 8:19 p.m. CST?

Sir, I commend you for showing up first and foremost. I admit I was wrong on some things as I wrote some of it with frustration(something you should never do), but I whole heartily believe other than us packing it in, stand by us finishing 7-9, I admit I was wrong about who played and who didn't. I really believe that we will beat the cardinals next week, I will even go to Atlantis Resort and Casino (Nassau, Bahamas) and place a 100 dollar bet. Might as well profit from this lost season.
