I'm hurting right now, just like all of you are. We got cheated. Robbed of another Super Bowl visit. Stripped of another legacy milestone for Drew Brees. All the work that these guys put in this season went down the drain, based on one complete and utter mammoth of a no-call.

But with all that said, let's take a minute to appreciate how amazing this team was this year, not just with their play on the field, but also how great they were to each other as teammates and to the community. Thanks to everyone playing through injury to help us get this far. Thanks to Armstead for playing through a torn labrum, Peat playing with a surgically repaired hand, and the many other guys sucking it up for the betterment of the team.

It hurts right now, and in the words of Sean Payton, "We'll probably never get over this loss." But at the end of the day, this city and we fans know how to overcome adversity. We've seen the lowest lows and have reached the highest highs. And next year, you better believe this team is coming back with a vengeance! So until then, thanks to this amazing team and all of its staff members for giving us a great 6 months.

Who dat! And God bless.

Honestly we read the same sunshine and rainbow laced (albeit classy) posts last year, and in the end none of it mattered. We ended up with our hearts ripped out of our chests two years in a row.

They got one game closer to the Superbowl than last year.
