They run a 3-4 scheme, in one of the best D's in all of football. A really great NT for our new 3-4 Defense. It feels really good to say that) We clear up some cap, (Harper,Vilma,Smith) sign Melton (Bunkley as good rotation keeping them both fresh) and grab the best 3-4 LB available in the first and a safety or OT in the third.

Championship!!!

In no way whatsoever is Henry Melton a nose* tackle.

I'm certain the Bears were still a 4-3. Melton looks like he fits best as a 4-3 DT or at DE in a 3-4. But after his breakout year this last season, he is going to get PAID.

My bad! Could have sworn they ran a 3-4 for some reason. Still Melton played big this past year.

The only true free agent nose tackle out there is Casey Hampton, but he probably doesn't have much left in the tank.

Bears run a 4-3 not 3-4. Melton is one of the best and fastest 3 techs in the league, terrible post, sorry.
