I can't claim total disinterest as I'll likely be on the market for my first house in the next few years, but this frightens me for reasons that go far beyond absurd mortgage rates:

Doesn't sound like they're very complimentary of the plan, but I doubt we'll hear anything about it. I doubt most Americans know what a five year rate-freeze is, let alone what it's ramifications are one way or the other.
