Does anyone know how long the state hiring freeze is expected to last. I recently took the 7333 PET test and scored really well and was hoping to get into a state job, applied for a couple before the freeze, had an interview, was waiting for a call back right before this went into effect. Anybody know anything?
edit* reading more about it on the release from the governors office, seems to only concern new hires in the executive office, so a very limited number of job openings will be closed.
