is the dome really an advantage for the saints. We went 4-4. I know the last game doesnt really count but still....if we can get it going like we did for the falcons game then i think it will be tough to play there in the playoffs. The only game I have seen in person was the bengals game. The crowd was pretty loud but the team didnt give us much to cheer about. Anyone think we can match the emotion and intensity of the MNF for the playoffs?

To be honest...no its not...for us at least.

We play twice as well on the road. But...I'll take my chances with the 1st round bye.

you have a point...

but its playoff time and the team is going to be pumped up and ready...and the crowd will be crazy and loud too.

0h boi. here we go with the bye and homefield advantage (disadvantage) and comparing to Ravens game and all the other loses we've had in the Superdome talk, lets just call the season off already.

The first ever playoff game in the Dome in history is going to be just like the 1st game back against Atlanta. Can you imagine the atmosphere?

Not according to the Fans that are predicting the Post season is a Bust already and we should just not even show up for the game. We might as well rest our team until next season.

This is the third playoff game in the dome.

The Saints won the division in 1991 and 2000.

The history is the silence in the Superdome next weekend as the Saints won the division and the bye.

I'd pay money to watch the wildcard weekend in the dome next weekend just to enjoy the moment.

Actually, this is the 5th playoff game in the dome
1987 (4th seed wild card), 1991, 1992 (4th seed wild card), 2000 and 2006
