I didn't think it was that bad. Obviously, the author was trying to make a point about hoods in his own neck of the woods (Connecticut or wherever). At least he singled out our primary problem neighborhood and not the entire city/region. He also mentions "when they DO get the justice system straightened out in Orleans Parish...." This shows a glimmer of hope from an outside source. Plus, he does express a desire for our local cuisine.

I would think that you would want the morons to kill each other faster so that their death rate exceeds their rate of reproduction.

Eventually you will run out of morons or maybe have one king moron.
