I love how we are all on the same page about this. There aren't many threads like this where we all see right is right, and Louisiana Politics is Crap.

I just pay the tolls. I mean if the money is going to the city like it is supposed to and the funds are managed properly, I mean how else would they expect to make money for the broke and trashed city we have. Not just that.... we have people from all over the world chipping in too that cross that bridge and locals can get discounts for half off services. We "should" use our government money to clean this place up!
