N/S How much smack will Skippie Bayless talk after Dallas' 37-10 win vs. Philly? (1 Viewer)

If you watched the pre-game predictions, Bayless was very discouraged, and agreed with Shannon that the 'Boys would lose. He said he was "...close to giving up on the Cowboys, but not quite."

Now, with the Cowboys winning big AND in sole possession of 1st place in the NFC East, Skip will have pep-in-his-step.

All I'm asking is how much smack will he talk, given the fact that he was down-in-the-mouth discouraged before the game?

You can bet that the following will be part of the discussion (Pederson's bulletin board material before the game):

Doug Pederson said Monday his Eagles were going to go down to Dallas, "win that football game" and take first place in the NFC East. They did not. While falling flat on national television (on SNF) just days after making such a confident proclamation is embarrassing, it does not mean the (Eagles') season is over. However, there are disturbing trend-lines.

Stadanko, sometimes just ignoring or discounting a former sports columnist/reporter who becomes a bigger, more daily nuisance on ESPN, or FS1, doesn't mean they won't get press, attention, or enough leeway from the remaining idiot masses who have and will continue to watch his and fellow pest Stephen A. Smith's morning show, First Take. I give Paul Finebaum as a good local Alabama example of Bayless-like slavish Bama mark who's been playing up Alabama and Nick Saban in particular as some kind of NCAAF monsters for the past 12 years. Finebaum's very name is a misnomer for one-sided, egotistical, elitist media favoritism Alabama has always received in some respects LONG BEFORE SABAN came along but has reared its disgusting, shameless head again since Tide has returned to national prominence under Saban.

Ignoring a idiot doesn't necessarily make him/her or them less dangerous or problematic just because those of us with higher IQs figured out a long time ago how ridiculous and stupid these types of people really are.
