I have this recipe for a dip with spicy sausage, rotel tomatoes/chilis, and melted velveeta with a dash of ghost pepper. I’ll make that, and wash it down with an RC cola and a bag of peanuts poured in. Then I’ll kick back and watch the Chiefs take on Grandpa Brady and Billy boy, happy with another great Saints win that will salt away home field throughout the playoffs.

I bought 3 very nice New York strip steaks that I am going to brine in a Bourbon Honey based marinade for 6 hours than grill them until Medium-rare. A baked Potato and steamed green beans.
