Florida and Michigan are the only states (save a few Western states) that the Democrats did not garner more votes than the Republicans in the primaries. Why? Because the majority of Dem voters stayed home in those states because their votes, they were told, would not count. They were following the rules. Should they be penalized because someone wants to change the rules in the fouth quarter?

Sure it might seem unfair to that small minority of live and die by the party folks, but the alternative disenfranchises more.
