Right decision. The Browns are going to suck bad this year. They may not win a game. Put Hoyer in for the first 3 games and let him stink it up, then play Manziel. If he wins even 1 game, it will look like an improvement.

Everybody is sleeping on that team. They have a legit top 5 defense, a strong running game, and good skull position players. If they get any kind of consistency out of either quarterback, then they could win that division.
