With that Hamilton touchdown, we've now scored a touchdown on the opening drive of all three games. We saw what happened weeks 1 and 2. We'll see what happens this week, but I think it's extremely important. We've jumped out on top of our opponents and caused them to play from behind all game long, and ultimately become one dimensional.

This is something that we have been unsuccessful as a franchise in doing over the years. Even during the inaugural year of Peyton, Brees and Bush.

Not only have we been a first-drive scoring team, we have also become red-zone efficient! When we have the ball in the red-zone, we usually punch it in - 4/6 66%.

They also said that the Saints defense has forced more three-and-outs than any other defense in the NFL thus far...

Yes, that is very impressive as well.

It's not so much the first drive success, or playing with a lead that I'm looking for,... The question will be can this team play with poise when they are behind; and can they come back to win a game... [That will be the mark of a Champion!]
