I have a hunting/fishing camp for sale located in the Atchafalaya spillway between Bayou Sorrel and Ramah. The camp is 20' x 42' w/ a 20' x 10' screened in porch and a covered back porch. It has electricity and well water (very hard water). The camp has two rooms, a 20' x 20' front room with a kitchen and dinning area and a 20' x 22' bed room. The front room has a gas 4 burner and center griddle stove with an oven, double sink, breakfast bar and refrigerator. There are two bathrooms, the front with a toilet and storeroom and the back bath has a toilet, shower, and small sink. The bedroom has 5 sets of bunk beds. A boat is needed to reach the camp, but is only a short ride to the boat launch. You can see the launch from the camp. The camp is set up with a Parish approved sewer system.
