To relieve the traffic congestion in the state. I think legislators should get together & make a super highway stretching from New Orleans To Shreveport running right though Atlanta, la. They should name this road the 28-3 bypass. And when you map it on google it will appear as though the state has a big slash right across the name atlanta.
