I feel bad for them tonight. The temp is about 6 degrees fahrenheit and they have been outside barking for about three hours.

My neighbor needs to be neutered.

They're either inside or pup-cicles. No noise for at least 30 minutes.

Heck the small one, a Westie, sleeps in our bedroom. Sometimes on the bed.

That's way too cold for them to be outside for that long. I suggest calling the cops on them.
