I just got back to my hotel room after a day of drinking. I went to three different bars and then to the casino. Two of the three bars I went to put outrages charges on my credit card. The first place put two charges on my card one for 38.07, which is legit, then they put a second for 21.75. I tipped well, but not that well, and I'm super ******. The second place that screwed me put two 25 dollar charges and one 9.50 dollar charge. I had a few beers at that establishment, and tipped well, not 60 dollars worth. I went to the casino after these bars and did pretty good on the blackjack table, but that has nothing to do with the bars before I went. I have to deal with this **** in the morning, which isn't to far away from now. This is the first time I've been screwed like this. Anyone else had to deal with this ****?

Not at a bar but there was a local gas station that threw a few extra charges on my mom a few times. This probably happens a lot at bars. They know you are drunk and will probably never remember what you actually ordered so they throw a couple of extra drinks here and there.

happenned to me once here in corpus, I ordered maybe 20 dollars worth of stuff, one 5$ pitcher and a round of 3 shots. Some fool decided he wanted to fight me, I didn't throw a punch, and then I got kicked out. Checked my account the next day and had 65 dollars charged.... As much as I complained and tried to jump through the hoops, nothing ever came of it. Redonkulous:rant:

One of the places that ripped me off is a nice restaurant, I think there will be a manager that is reasonable, and I think the little cute ***** that waited on me is going to be out of a job. The other place was a bit of a dive and I think there is going to be some bad noise. There are some big windows in there I'd love to put a bar stool through.

Well with the resturaunt, they might do something for you if you show up with your credit card reciept and show proof that you were over charged. With the bar your probably SOL. But, go in and get your 25 dollars worth of venom spewing out of the way if it makes you feel better, bro.

Best of luck, hope you get everything cleared up. My advice, Stay away from breaking that window, they are not cheap. You don't want to break a $1,000 dollar window because you got screwed out of less than 100 bucks

Had the same thing happen to me at a club in New York one time. I was drunk, but not so drunk that I didn't know exactly how much my tab should be. I argued with the bartender and then the manager for 15 minutes, til they finally got sick of me and fixed it.

I spoke with the restaurant and turns out the waitress put my friends tab on my bill. I had already talked to my buddy and he didn't have any charges on his card, but wasn't sure if it just hadn't posted. The manager said to find him next week when I come in for the game and he would comp a couple drinks for me. I know I'll have to go in person to the bar and make the mother ****ers show me what I signed, make a bunch of noise and threaten to call the cops. I'm not going to break anything, I've been doing good and haven't went to jail for well over a year.

That's why you should only date hookers. You know upfront you're getting screwed when they take your money

That's why I always use cash at bars.....I never leave my card on a tab......

I got screwed at the BBC, upstairs for 3-1....I had a little bar maid give me change on a 10 when I clearly knew I gave her a 20....called for the manager, and he took her side, telling me she's not a thief, and she doesn't steal...I pretty much told him to get another background check on her....Next thing ya know, she's not behind that bar anymore.....It was only 10 bucks, but the principal of the situation ****** me off. So now, at any bar, I always tell them what amount of currency I'm giving them.

Make sure to take some video, so we can watch the action, arrest, and maybe even some of the trial....

I'm not sure whether to egg you on or ridicule you. I'll just not say anything.
