I need to disable a key on my laptop (1 Viewer)

Right arrow key broke off and depresses randomly when the computer is on. It's also active about 75% of the time when I boot up the computer and causes my laptop to emit a shrill BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP until I mash the key and make it stop.

I saw a few programs online, but there's always that one bad review that steers me away.

Wondering if I do disable the key in Windows, would it also solve the bootup issue?

It probably won't solve the boot up issue because windows isn't loaded yet.

It's not terribly expensive or difficult to replace the keyboard on a laptop.
