Compliment the falcons?
It’s just entertainment anyways lol. What a bunch of sad sacks.
Reading through the Gameday comments, you’d swear we were winless and devoid of talent. Look, we have a new coach, an OC who didn’t initially want the job but then decided to take it, a broken QB, injuries to key players, and our offense barely played with one another until the first game. Learn to look at things from an unbiased standpoint and you would understand that this is pretty much where we should be.
Right now I’d say they’re slightly a better team. Unfortunately... I sure wish we could score points like the Falcons.

I hope we dont have the gall to call this team a super bowl team. What a superbowl team would do:... I sure wish we could score points like the Falcons.

Whoa! Is this confirmed??? Thomas saying he wouldn’t play unless CJ was gone?? I’d never heard that.I hope we dont have the gall to call this team a super bowl team. What a superbowl team would do:
1. use our "great" defense with(cost us 2 number 1 draft choices)davenport to pressure their QB and shut down their running
2. use our QB to take advantage of our great receivers to score about 100 points
3. Have an offensive line that open holes for RB's and protects our injured QB.
What we can do: Rest Winston 3-6 weeks to recover and strengthen back. But nothing else other than trade davenport for a guard
We are in a bad position. We threw all our chips in and we lost. We might think tanking to get high draft choices and trade a few of our aging and oft injured veterans.
By the way with CJ this would have been a certain win. Trading CJ took the soul out of this team. What was Loomis thinking? That Thomas said he wouldnt play until we got rid of CJ.
At least we got to see our boys lift the Lombardi. It’s all lagniappe now.We. Have been a broken fan base since NOLA No call. I have had no expectations for two seasons and just don’t get excited for games like I once did.
sure, I get mad at crappy play like today, but I get over it very quickly. There is a lot bad going on right now with plenty of places to blame all over the organization.
