After the Garrett Grayson pick, I am skeptical of later round quarterback picks. We'll see. I hope it's a not a wasted pick, given the number of holes in the roster.

Other than TE, all we’re getting is bottom depth chart and camp competition at DT, WR, and LB at this point in the draft so I love the QB selection and Drew Brees’ co-sign of him. Ian Book can be the 2nd QB while Taysom focuses on other positions.

Our QB of the future. Brees retired so you have to get talent in that QB room and Winston and Hill are on 1yr deals and Winston can either play himself out the spot of to expensive to keep in the spot (still salary cap restraints) and if Payton can get production out of Hill then Ian Book will thrive under Payton's tuteledge.

If he has a chance to be our franchise quarterback, I love it. If this is just a practice squad/future backup, I would've preferred to pick another player that has a chance to help us this year.
