I watched him for the first time this past weekend. I was shocked at how bad he was at TV. It did seem like the others were force feeding him sound-bite opportunities, and otherwise he was mute.
If a TV position is available, however, I would gladly stand around awkwardly for $10-15 million per year.

Well, tbf, I think Payton has got a lot going on and I'm sure he's just being careful with all of the rumors flying around. If he stays on with Fox, I think he'll be fine.
