Gruden would be snapped up in a second if Tampa was to part ways with him. He and Jeff Fisher would have their choice of jobs, I would think.

Absolutely! Both guys have incredible resumes and will be head coaches next season. I can see Gruden getting the Pittsburgh job if Cowher indeed retires after the season and goes to N. Carolina with his family. Jeff Fisher will be the frontrunner for the Cowboys' job if and when Parcells quits after this season.
