God no. His picks as Raiders GM were all reaches.

I've heard from several places that the Raiders success in drafting good players in the later rounds while Gruden would always pull a power play to draft players that he would fall in love with in the first round.

I think Mayock would be a good addition to our team. I would not hire him to be GM. He needs someone over him. With Loomis & Payton here I think he would be an asset

He signed Gruden to that 10 year deal right? That's the decision making skills demonstrated. 10 years ago is still relevant to me if I were searching for a coach I would definitely due diligence for character.

I thought Mark Davis was who hired Gruden and signed him to the ridiculous contract.

That very well could happen because Ryan Pace used to work for the Saints but what did he do good for the bears? He traded the farm to take Trubisky over Watson and Mahomes.

Really don't think Mayock is a good fit here. His track record has been fairly suspect imo. Definitely not a GM.
