I think it depends on how badly we lose. If its a close game, and we compete there is no shame going into Philthy and losing. BUT if we go in there and shalacked like the kittens did then we will have serious problems. I'm looking for a well played game, this team has been riddled with mistakes the last two years, time to see if that has been cleaned up. i'm hoping so!!! :D

It's like talking about the possibility of a no hitter in the middle of a game. Ya just don't do it.

These are the games that separate us from 8-8 and missing the playoffs and 11-5 and getting that chance at winning it all. I see it as a MUST win!

If the Saints lose, they can punk on the Bills and Jets before the bye. That'll make 'em feel better.:9:

This. We have plenty of really tough games on the back end of the schedule. It would make a huge difference to go into the bye week with a 4-0 record. 3-1 would be good too......but an undefeated record with the Giants coming into the dome, and two weeks of no football for Saints fans? We could really get rolling if things play out like that. 6-0? 7-0?

It would be very nice to have that kind of euphoria around here. Especially when you take into consideration what we went through the last two years (start 0-4, then win 4 only to blow it....and last year losing 5 games by 3 points or less).....I'm ready to see things come together. Heck, I'd gladly settle for 5-1 or 6-1.

Since this will be only the second game under Williams' defense i am not
going to be overly critical at this juncture. If we take a whoppin past game 6 then
i will be concerned. Just my .02
