I'll go with Faneca and Trufant too. I thought about Briggs, but there are enough LBs in the draft that can step in relatively quickly and be an upgrade to our current LBs. DB is a different story IMO.

Berrian would be cheaper than Faneca and would allow us too pick up more help on defense.... The offense is not a big need anyways.... even without deuce and reggie, the offense still worked.....

Yes, Faneca and Haynesworth. It's all about the line of scrimmage first. Unfortunately that won't happen. Haynesworth will be franchised. Faneca is a possibility but he might go to Arizona. He'll likely look for a 6 year 50 million dollar deal. We have a hole at that LG spot now though and teaming him with Jammal Brown would make our left side of the line one of the best in the league.

Then draft Kenny Phillips in the 1st, Xavier Adibi in the 2nd and get Owen Schimdt in the 3rd (as a TE)

The secondary and LB corps are upgraded along with two potential holes on Offense.

I would take Briggs, and Faneca.
Briggs would walk right in and give us a quality starting linebacking group.
Faneca improves our running game from day one.
Haynesworth stepped it up in his contract year, I know our interior D-Line is maligned but I would take Sed Ellis over Haynesworth.

I think Marques Colston would remember Briggs,if we were to sign him!!!
