Change the WR room before the season.
We went through a long process of bringing in WR's during camp and gave a majority of the preseason snaps to: Butler, Grayson and Humphries. All of which showed a lot of promise during camp/preseason.

Then we decided it'd be great to waste all of that time and cut every single one of them.

Granted we brought Humphries back...kinda.

The biggest concern going into the season was WR's, then we rolled into the season with the exact same roster we had last season minus Lewis.

This was a complete fail on the FO's part. It lead to our offense stalling in the worst possible times throughout the season. For the most part our defense and special teams were able to compensate for this, but come playoff time we couldn't get it done, even though the defense and special teams both played out of their minds.

Piggy back off this one, I would have done whatever it took to get Emanuel Sanders, AJ Green or Sanu or someone. I am super happy for MT that he broke the record, but would much rather have incorporated a 2nd WR that could get open and catch.

Stop the engagement! Payton seemed less interested in football from that point on and you could see it in the lack of preparedness and motivation in the team.
I seriously blame this on Skylene "Yoko" Montgomery.
