I'm going to call it now. This is going to be the year that Drew gets his recognition. I think he wins MVP this year on the way to the Super Bowl.

Well, if he wins MVP I don't think we're going to the SB. As much as I want us to go, I don't think we get in this yr. Something tells me that. We'll see.....

We didn't retire Favre. He should have, but he played another year. The thing we did do to him though was that we broke him. He was a broken player that final year.

This will be hard for Brees to pull of considering that Brady, Manning and Rodgers "The Golden Boys" already have a lead on Brees before the season even begins because the media always puts those 3 on a pedestal.

Brees could throw for 7,000 yards, 100 TD's and 0 INT, and go 16-0 and STILL not win the MVP.

That's just how it is in the NFL when they favor Manning and Rodgers over him.
He out played Manning in 2009, still lost it
He out played Rodgers by a mile in 2011 and still lost it, even after the Packers went 15-1 and got blown out bad in the first round of the playoffs.
