For example, if you click on "crime" you'll get an article that discusses the 1,000 fingerprinting mistakes made each year - not how crime is defined for the purposes of the subject study. Saintkev could not have determined that the study concerned legal immigrants by clicking on the "immigration" tab, as the linked article is not related to the original article as far as I can tell.
The second article I posted is what I should have posted originally, but I didn't find it until after I started the thread and went digging for more detail.
