I love the Chargers fan in the second video recording all the celebrating Saints fans surrounding him.

If only all the fans were like him based on the ugly reports from many members who were at the game.

Seemed to be a TON of saints fans there. Those cheers were very loud in that first vid.

I could hear the defense chant on TV during the last drive. That was sweet.

Either the Saints have a REALLY strong following in San Diego, or a lot of the Chargers fans still have a warm spot in their heart for Brees. Crazy to hear that loud of a reaction in an opposing team's stadium.

Also, Tony Hills reaction in the first vid... incredible.

Agreed.

I missed the game but watched it this morning on Game Rewind and I was taken aback at how loud the crowd was when the Saints would score a TD. Especially the last 5mins of the game. It honestly sounded like a home game.

A little bit of both.

The TV crew showed a fan who was switching from Brees' to Rivers' jersey depending who was on the field.

I was there, about 11 rows back of the Saints sideline... it very much felt like a home game it was so saturated in who dats.

Also, my favorite part, right after we scored to cut the lead to six I went to the bathroom. There was a palpable sense among Charger fans expecting to lose. There was even a friendly argument between Saints and Chargers fans in line about whose team would lose, because no one was convinced their team was about to win. In retrospect it was hilarious.

Yeah, during the game, they kept showing shots of Saints fans in the stands. There looked like quite a few in the stadium. Really cool!
