Well, it's on Disney+, so it's technically not free. But I love Marvel stuff, so I don't mind paying for it.

They often will strap them down after a hit like that until they can get them into xrays to see if the neck is broken. Usually it works out and I pray this is another case of precaution. Almost typed over precaution but there is no such thing in this situation.
