I wish we'd let Chase Daniel go so I don't have to keep reading Daniels.

Here is what Jeff Duncan said when I asked if Jason Kyle is going to play.

Long snapper Jason Kyle said he expects to play. If he goes down, Troy Evans & Chris Reis will get the call to emergency deep snap.

Side note: Is there anything Lance Moore can't do? He's also our emergency QB!

Well, the snapper can't throw a pass, so I doubt it.

If he snaps the ball to somebody else and they then get the snapper the ball again, provided the ball has not passed the LOS, then he could pass the ball. Right?

Has anyone said yet that he's out? Or that he just missed practice?

If he's just the LS, all he has to do is hobble out onto the field and snap the ball. Yes, that will cause problems in the middle of our blocking on kicks, but what's more important? Getting the ball there? Or fumbling and losing the ball because of a bad snap?

I also believe if they thought Kyle would be out this week they would bring in a long snapper.
