iPad with slow WiFi connection issues (1 Viewer)

I have a fairly new iPad that is running iOS 13.4.1. I also have at&t 1 gig internet but my iPad is only running around 212 mbps while my android phone is ru at 976 mbps. Is there an app I can get that could detect what is slowing my iPad down? If not do you have any ideas on something o could do to increase my speed.

I would call Apple, they have free tech support.
