Please, can someone give the up-to-date info about him and his injury?

A decision will be made just before game time. You'll have your answer in about 12 hours.

Yeah, it doesn't sound too good. He didn't practice on Friday and was said to be "favoring his ankle." Clayton said he was "very questionable" - so I guess it all boils down to how he feels tomorrow. I wouldn't count on it- it's probably best to be prudent at this point with him.

I agree. At this point it looks like another "maybe next week."
I guess Devery will have to smoke some more CBs.:D

I don't understand....During the week there were articles coming out "Payton said Colston could of played against the Falcons", now he is still questionable, leaning towards doubtful??

Coslton had trouble making his cuts before the atlanta game and could have played very limited to 'go' routes only, WWL guessed that there was some swelling after working it out that morning and the decision was made to sit him.

I'd guess that they evaluate his cutting ability again today during warm-ups and go from there.

That's how those high ankle sprains are, one minute you think you are going to be fine, and you put too much weight on it, or move it the wrong way, and OUCH! He's going to be fine, it just takes a little time. We should be OK without him, but it sure would be nice to have him.

I went back and watched the play this occurred on. Remember he was looking foward (blocking) and just got rolled into by the tackling of Deuece. His left ankle was bascially flattened when this occurred. I am not surprised this was a pretty bad sprain.
