This is what I said when Romo went down. Kitna is a much smarter and composed Qb that will run the cowboys offense much more efficiently. Kitna has the leadership skill that Romo will never have.

Did you see Kitna laughing with Harper after he just got off a pass with Harper in his face?

Kitna has considerably less talent, but isn't a gunslinger like Romo. Meaning he's less likely to throw picks and try to scramble to make a play down field.
