Which SP could make LT Terron Armstead eligible to receive a pass? When you think about his speed and athleticism, it seems as if SP was considering something...Just wondering if it's legally possible for him to catch a pass should SP come up with some genius LT screen pass...

Definitely, they just have to notify the referee prior to the play. He'll he's probably faster than Roman Harper--let him run a few post routes.
