These are all relatively new coaches, and none started with a losing record.

Eh, that's just cherry picking. All of them took a year or a few years to really gel and become solid contenders. The front office for those teams have stuck with them through some ups and downs. Proof that sometimes patience and playing to long game is a good thing.

Every situation is unique and front offices have to make decisions about whether their organization is headed in the right direction over the long haul. 10 games into the first season of a new coach isn't a time to panic.

When I have time I’ll try and do some research but I would be willing to bet over the last 5 years or so that the Saints have had a positive turnover ratio….until this year….

And, statistically, that's got to end. It's often just the bounce of the ball and look how it worked for us in 09 with Sharper leading the all time INT numbers.

So just merely a coincidence it will end when CSP leaves the building? OK….not buying it….
