Brees is at his best when he’s doubted. It wouldn’t surprise me to see a 4TD passes to four different receivers type of game.

I've rewatched both games multiple times, one through coaches view Gamepass. Brees has looked terrible, by far the worst 2 back-to-back games of his career. What scares me the most is multiple times on film, five-plus times, he stared at wide-open receivers 20-35 yards past the LOS, and I mean wide-open, then chose to dump-off when he was not under serious pressure. Could the shoulder surgery and age be catching up with him? Yes.

But I agree with you, 226, I think he will blow the roof off the Packers. As you said, doubting Brees has been a bad decision in the past.

I remember Brady starting the season slow every year aince he hit 38.let Old Man Brees get into rhythm.

I don't think this is a crossroads season and I don't see SP benching Brees. However, if he has any type of inquiry he will get conveniently sat down for everyone's interest. There's too much respect between those two for anything shady to happen.
