Just curious as to why it wasn't considered.
 
Yes, it seats 30k, but if you have to dial it back to 25% (to accommodate social distancing), then you are looking at 7,500 fans in attendance. Parking is also a major issue uptown.

I have no particular opinion on the matter, but it seems like a waste of time to expect professional teams to endure the "limitations" of Yulman, compared to the Dome, even if "fanless."

Yulman is a great facility for Tulane, but not for the Saints and not for the NFL.

Oh, and it is still in Orleans Parish.
 
so saints have a losing record if they go to tiger stadium because its 1:17 away from the dome. lmao! love to hear his reasoning.

He is probably having flashbacks to 2005 when they didn't win any of their Tiger Stadium games.

As if we're anywhere close to being that particular team, or going through anything close to the same circumstances as that team.
 
This guy suggested Tad Gormley. LOL
Tad Gormley is wholly unsuitable for an NfL game, but I love the nostalgia of an old-timey stadium like that.
