in order to save some $$$ i agreed to be the crew's tool boy and clean up man. My Spanish was adequate enough to help them along and i'm getting some Deep knowledge of the skeleton of my paid-for house.

with hiring practices like that, I’d definitely change those locks after they are gone.

i changed the code from 1,2 to 2,1. wrote it down inside the screen door in case i forget. gutters and downspouts tomorrow.

The colors on the door trim look good. Maybe the white trim on inside of windows could be gold and paint the outer edges of you shutters black? I’m not real good with color coordination though. Looking good.

thinking of painting the slats of the shutters black and keeping a minimalist amount of gold on the outer edges..............

so glad the awnings are gone that overtook the jalousie windows.
